1. How long do orders take to ship?

• Please allow 7-10 business days for handling during peak summer season after your order is placed.
• We expect orders to arrive 4-6 days to the lower 48 from ship date.

2. What if I need my order sooner?

• Please contact the merchandise department to see if we can expedite your order. Due to possible shipping delays and a busy tourist season, we cannot guarantee orders arriving by a specific date.

3. How are shipping prices calculated?

• Shipping costs are calculated by order weight. The heavier an item, the more expensive it is to ship.
